7 Day Return & Refund Policy
Customers may request a return or refund within 7 days of delivery only if all of the following conditions are met:
- The product is unused
- Original packaging, accessories, and seals are intact
- The product has not been damaged, altered, or swapped
Requests made after 7 days from delivery will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Mandatory Unboxing Video
A continuous unboxing video is mandatory for all refund or replacement claims.
The video must clearly show:
- Opening of the sealed courier parcel
- Visible shipping label
- Clear condition of the product
Claims submitted without an unboxing video will not be entertained.

Non Returnable Cases
Refunds or returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Product is used or damaged after delivery
- Packaging, accessories, or manuals are missing
- Claim is made after 7 days of delivery
- No valid unboxing video is provided

Refund or Replacement Process
If a claim is approved after verification:
- Replacement or refund will be processed accordingly
- Refunds are issued through the original payment method only
